Michelle,

I'm sorry to hear you had such a poor experience with this particular store. I don't have an Archiver's near me, but I understand how frustrating it can be when supplies for a particular project don't arrive in time.

Archivers location in Woodbury, MN & the chain is a big disappointment in customer service. Take your business elsewhere instead of special ordering through Archivers. They don't begin to investigate until after your order is already extended beyond the time in which you should have it. Customer service should be proactive in helping & assisting the customer--something Archivers apparently does not believe in. -- Contributed by: Michelle H

Janie,

The smaller original Cricut machine is typically between $150 and $200, depending upon the retailer and what is included in the package. The larger Cricut Expression, which cuts 12x12 sheets of paper, has a suggested retail price of $499 -- although you may be able to find it on sale if you're lucky.
