• Sometimes backgrounds with smaller, uniform patterns are easier to work with. If you choose a background with a lovely dragon motif, try to strategically arrange your page to incorporate the dragon rather than obliterate it with other page elements.
• Do a little research before you add any kanji to your layout to make sure your symbol says exactly what you want it to.
